Bookings:
To make an appointment please email henry@henrywilfrid.com or submit an enquiry form via the contact page at henrywilfrid.com.
To secure your booking a 20% deposit will be required. An invoice for this amount will be emailed to you. The deposit is non-refundable.
Payment to be made via bank transfer.
The client will need to settle the outstanding balance 7 days prior to the first appointment.
Rescheduling - I understand that work schedules can change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. While I will always do my best to accommodate these requests, please be aware that rescheduling close to the agreed appointment may incur an additional fee.
This is due to the difficulty of securing and preparing for a replacement booking at short notice, as well as the need to reschedule your appointment on another date.
A rescheduling fee of £150 is required if you wish to change the date of an appointment within your package.
Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the booking will be required to pay 50% of the appointment upon rebooking to partly cover the additional day they require.
Cancellations - If for any reason you wish to cancel your appointment, you must inform Henry at the earliest opportunity.
Cancelations made within 7 days of a booking will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total cost.
Any exceptions are at the discretion of Henry.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift voucher purchases will require payment in full.
Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be used within 6 months.
It is recommended you schedule a call with Henry prior to purchasing a gift voucher to discuss the best package available for the recipient of the gift voucher.
Travel expenses
For all shopping appointments based outside of London travel costs will need to be covered by the client.
Additional accommodation costs are also payable by the client should they be required.
On the day
In the event that items cannot be obtained on the day, alternatives will be discussed with the client.
Home visit – ensure your clothes are in reasonable order and accessible to save time.
Shopping Day – ensure that you wear comfortable clothes/shoes that are easy to take on and off.
It is the clients responsibility to collect all alterations and click and collect purchases made on the day, unless otherwise agreed.
